Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tiana, at the Lyndhurst, NJ location. About 8 months ago, I ordered food while visiting my niece who lives in Wayne, NJ. She had spoken highly of this business, and I can confidently say, I thoroughly enjoyed my wrap. I highly recommend this business; the food and smoothies are delicious. The atmosphere is great and clean; in my opinion, there is something for everyone with all the choices they have. I wish My Salad continued success.

I like the choices and have enjoyed most of what I've tried, however the size of the portions has been rather inconsistent and that's sad. I'd make it more of a regular stop IF that changed
If you like a salad like a meal - this is it . Holiday weekend - not expecting the freshest ingredients- purposely ordered mixed greens - veggies - fruits and nuts - everything was amazing. Huge salad paid a couple dollars more than say Panera but completely customized- definitely will be back

My Salad offers a wide variety of salad options, allowing customers to fully customize their meals. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to salads, they also serve smoothies, fresh juices, and toast sandwiches. Prices are reasonable considering the customization and quality of the ingredients. The make your own salad is always a hit with a lot of options. Customers can mix with the dressing at home or premixed. The staff is always nice. There are booths inside and tables outside. The food and smoothies are delicious. In the owner Tiana's opinion, there is something for everyone with all the choices they have.
