I place an order at the place via Uber east, it took for ever to arrive like 20 minutes after the food was pick up. First time ordering here and the last, I order a “Big fat Greek bowl”, I didn’t ask for nothing extra or remove anything and they send it with no chicken. Since this took so long to arrive I decide to call the place and let them know what happened and since it was almost the time for me to leave my office I ask them to remake it for next day, I didn’t want to make a bad review and dispute the money with uber cause i know it affects the bussines rate. well the lady say yes there’s no problem with sending you the food again we apologize it was our mistake between 1pm and 3pm we will send the delivery to you. The day pass and I didn’t get a call neither the food delivery. I proceed then to do what a regular normal person would do, contact Uber, give a bad review and get my money back in 5 days.Thank you for making me go starve for a day.

If I can give this place a 0 I would I walk in at 4pm there 12 employees they all look at me when I walk in.Just stood there ready to order NOBODY asked if. I was ready nobody asked what would you like anything chipotles customer’S service is way better than this place and the worst part is…..It was empty, make it make sense. Very disappointing and a bunch of kids working there with no manners. Just a blank stare

I got the California Avocado Toast with bacon and this is what I received (2 toasts). A sad looking avocado toast maybe a little more spread next time? I could have done a better job at home and now I’ll just make it at home myself. $9.00 for this y’all

Wow! Excellent! I had the garlic Caesar salad and I had them add tuna salad. It was yummy. On a separate occasion I had the Greek salad with tuna which was equally yummy. The staff was cordial and I loved the outdoor seating I highly recommend My Salad in Wayne NJ!

I really like the food, been going here for over a year now and offers a lot more then their competitors. Overall good. However...Under no circumstances is it ok to rush a customer cause you are getting close to closing. Listen, I understand people want to go home, but the professional thing to do is wait. If anything you should be open for clean up for a extra 30 minute or a hour when you are done accepting customers.This reflects on management, I dont blame the staff. It's management responsibility to make sure employees are proper trained.
Update 06/18/23Not consistent with quantity, the bowl wont be full the employees act as if you are not paying for it’s worth, one day you can fill up, the next you might need to eat a piece of bread they offer (not the best choice). After coming numerous times and spending over $70 every time, am very disappointed on the treatment the employees (supervisor) give to you. Sad to say that even my daughter wanted a little more dressing and was turned away because she didn’t have a dollar extra, like I mentioned we are regulars buying 3 or more salads, juices, and shots.

Got a little less food than I hoped for given the price. But I understand small local businesses have greater expenses. I would still go to them over a place like saladworks if actively trying to pick a healthy place.
