“I come here at least once or twice a week and have consistently had a great experience. I saw some of the recent negative reviews and honestly wanted to add that this hasn’t been my experience at all.

The portions are generous, everything always tastes fresh, and the quality is noticeably better than the bigger national chains. The Backyard BBQ is my go-to, but everything I’ve tried has been solid. My order is always ready when I arrive, the staff is friendly, and management has always been responsive. You can tell they actually care about the food and their customers, which is a big reason I keep coming back.“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

The food was so thoughtfully made. I had the best BLT, small details in prep, like perfectly shredded lettuce and sliced tomato’s really can make or break a sandwich. My husband loved his burger and the fries were so crispy and good. Typical city prices, and the atmosphere makes you wanna stay awhile so it’s worth it to me. Beautiful during the day but next time im gonna come later in the day I can enjoy the deep rich atmosphere they carefully curated. So so beautiful.“

The only thing that stood out to me was the staff. They weren't rude or unfriendly, but they seemed a bit bored or annoyed, and the energy felt off. “By far the top cocktail bar in Hell’s Kitchen. I’ve been here for drinks with friends, corporate events, as well as date nights. There are multiple floors and plenty of seating area. Music is not loud so you can have a good conversation. My favorite spot is the martini room. Each area feels special and is separated enough to make it feel like you’re having your own private moment and not in a crowded bar in the middle of the city. They do a great job at making drinks and everything I’ve had, including the food has been top notch.“

The staff never fails to greet me with a smile even during rush hour. When it’s busy the staff works effortlessly in sync. Orders are speedy and on time.

Manager Jasmine is always there assisting along with all the others, never had an issue here and I likely never will thanks to them!
