“I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love the fresh food. My go-to as of lately is the turkey- Italian spinach wrap. The veggies are so good too, it’s a great value for what you get and there are 2 people that work there who are amazingly kind, professional and wonderful customer service.

Vegetarian options: They have watercress!!! Amazing.

Dietary restrictions: I remember asking about the ingredients from the wrap last year and the woman easily shared with me.“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

“Food was so yummy, interior was gorgeous and staff was amazing. I literally turned to my husband and told him “this is the kinda service I like” thoughtful friendly warm bartenders who spark convo, and answer every question. Such a good atmosphere and good music. Every song I was like…. Omg…. Love that song. I didn’t know what to expect, I try to avoid spots with bars or interiors that are overly beautiful when I’m hangry lol. I find the food usually doesn’t hit, since some places typically focus more on drinks, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The food was so thoughtfully made. I had the best BLT, small details in prep, like perfectly shredded lettuce and sliced tomato’s really can make or break a sandwich. My husband loved his burger and the fries were so crispy and good. Typical city prices, and the atmosphere makes you wanna stay awhile so it’s worth it to me. Beautiful during the day but next time im gonna come later in the day I can enjoy the deep rich atmosphere they carefully curated. So so beautiful.“

“When going through the vegan options in LaGuardia, I was surprised to see much more limited choices than I would expect. I had lunch at Green Leaf’s. They had impossible as an option, but it was naturally vegetarian. The staff were on top of it though. They asked if I was vegan and then switched the pita for a wrap, removed cheese and sour cream and freely subbed in hummus and balsamic. It was tasty option as far as airport food goes, but the staff’s full understanding of my dietary restrictions made it the easy best choice. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-14“

“I swear my friends and I could live here. We’ve been coming to Madonna almost since their open… for dinner, for the pregame, for the many of birthdays, for the afters. The staff is a huge part of our experience and why it’s always first on our list. The music is always right, the cocktails are delish beyond belief, and the food… don’t get me started on the truffle fries. Trust!!“

“Customer service is very impressive. Very friendly very accommodative very efficient Almost all staff demonstrate positive attitudes and they seem happy to be there. Very clean. “The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The tomato salad was so fresh and flavorful, and the Short ribs Massaman was definitely one of the highlights—so rich and delicious!

We came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still warm, attentive, and friendly. Everyone made sure we were taken care of even during the rush, which we really appreciated. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. “By far the top cocktail bar in Hell’s Kitchen. I’ve been here for drinks with friends, corporate events, as well as date nights. There are multiple floors and plenty of seating area. Music is not loud so you can have a good conversation. My favorite spot is the martini room. Each area feels special and is separated enough to make it feel like you’re having your own private moment and not in a crowded bar in the middle of the city. They do a great job at making drinks and everything I’ve had, including the food has been top notch.“

“This is only the second time I've gone to a Just Salad and I had such a fantastic experience at this location. So I want to shout out Kevin for his outstanding customer service!

I walked in when there wasn't any line in front of me and Kevin greeted me instantly and asked if I was ready to order or if I needed a little more time. I asked if I could get a market plate with extra rice, and he was incredibly accommodating. He mentioned it was absolutely possible, just noting that the lid might have trouble closing, and thoughtfully offered to put the extra rice on the side as an alternative.

When I asked for a market plate recommendation and mentioned I already tried the Gochujang Chicken, he quickly suggested the Peruvian Chicken market plate as a popular alternative. (He was right, it’s really good!) The main braised chicken happened to be out, so he checked in with me to see if substituting the Gochujang chicken would be okay instead.

I also asked about using my app coupon for some soup. Kevin was so nice to check the soup for me, and although the soup I wanted was out for the day, he let me know that my coupon was still good for up to a month so I wouldn't lose out.

Honestly, Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful from tip to tail of the entire experience. Stellar service like his is exactly why I'll definitely continue coming back here!“

Build-your-own bowls are a joy rather than a chore: the rice is properly seasoned (not an afterthought), the mango and edamame add real brightness, and the crispy garlic and furikake toppings earn their place instead of feeling like filler. Portions are big enough to leave you satisfied without the heavy, sluggish feeling you get from a lot of quick-service lunch spots, and the prices feel fair for the quality of fish you're getting. My only gripe is the seating — a handful of cramped stools near the window — but honestly, this place is worth getting as takeout and eating somewhere with a view. “If you are celiac and want a good burger in NYC, this is the place for you. Food here is amazing. We came here twice during our visit, takeout the first time, and ate at the restaurant the second.
I would suggest you to eat here, quality is high and hot food is always better, but this place is so good that even when it's cold at home is worth it. Very good burger, amazing popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries are a gem.“
