The staff was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about their products. After placing my order, they even gave me a complimentary sticker while I waited, and my items were ready shortly after. “Have you ever woken up dreaming about having a better life? Me too. Unfortunately, we live in New York, so that's asking for a lot.
Thankfully, this place makes life a little better.
My go-to order is a pastrami, egg, and cheese wrap with home fries and hot sauce, and it's always on point. But what really keeps me coming back is that they never say no. Whether I want to customize a sandwich, smoothie, fresh juice, or milkshake, no matter how ridiculous my order gets, they always greet me with a smile and do their best to make it exactly the way I want it.
Great food is easy to find. Great customer service is much harder. This place consistently delivers both.“

“I was honestly very surprised with the quality of the dumplings here. I tried the pan-fried pork dumplings and was expecting something on par with frozen dumplings from Trader Joes or something cheap, but these were crispy, filled with plenty of filling that didn't cheap out on meat, very juicy and steaming hot. The dipping vinegar was also delicious.

My usual 4-piece with chicken wings + pork fried rice tasted a little lighter on the oil then what I'm used to, with added vegetables. Delicious plus possibly a little bit healthier.“

“The pizza is excellent, there is a modest amount of space to eat in, and they have a bar so customers can enjoy an adult beverage with their meal. Friendly service and a reasonable wait makes this good value for one’s money. We will be back!“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “Happened by this place while exploring SOHO. The service was great, we moved from the bar to a table to get a little more comfortable and the staff were really accommodating of that. We ordered the cheeseburger and a French Dip and a side fries. Both were amazing. The cheese was pouring off the burger in the most delicious way. The roast beef and baguette for the French Dip were exceptional quality and flavor. The fries were seasoned with garlic oil. Both dishes came with absolutely delicious pickle chips. We would definitely go back the next time we're in the area.“

I would also add complimentary tap water, as is common in all restaurants. But none of that matters once you start eating — these guys definitely know how to cook meat.“

“One of the most consistent restaurants in NYC. Not only a large menu with a lot of variety, but also a really great vibe inside. It's super easy to get tables, partly because the footprint of the restaurant is so large. They also have great specials, so I'd ask about those and seriously consider them even if they're on the pricier side. They have this crab toast that is really, really good. The only thing I'd avoid is the pasta. I just don't think it's worth it versus a lot of the other amazing dishes on the menu.“

They rung me up fine and everything went smoothly. However, when I opened my food, I was deeply disturbed by my chicken. It was not fully cooked and it deeply disappointed me. they also have a pretty great lunch menu which we didn’t order from but was definitely a good deal. everyone was getting it, we just wanted something else more specific. i do recommend going there for their weekday lunch deal“
