Today at Blaze I experienced the best customer service , Herberto immediately jumped in and took action when observed a 2 customers were undecided , while his team mate help assisted the 2 ladies , he showed great team work taking the next customer , keeping the line moving. Such small gestures can make a huge difference . GREAT JOB .
