Very happy with this Starbucks. They consistently get the order right every time, unlike the one at Town Square Pl
Tried egg wrap very good
Pretty clean location I really like the music too and atmosphere of staff ! I never noticed I was allowed to try samples of different flavor syrups if I wanted to, or even a whole coffee creation!
Thanks to July and another girl with short hair they were both so sweet to me! Thanks July for trying a caramel frappe with orange flavor to it as well! It was a refreshing slushie yummy!

This Starbucks Coffee Company located in Newport Mall offers a welcoming environment with ample seating and a clean, open layout. It is one of the few mall Starbucks with enough space for customers to sit comfortably. The store features many tables, chairs, and outlets, making it convenient for those who want to relax or work while enjoying their drinks. Customers frequently order popular beverages like the grande iced strawberry açaí refresher, which is praised for its refreshing taste, coldness, and the generous amount of strawberries at the bottom, including large pieces that fit through the straw. The açaí adds a unique touch to the drink.
The staff at this location are generally courteous, friendly, and efficient, often adding personal touches such as smiley face doodles on cups or providing samples to customers. One staff member was notably welcoming and engaging, even asking for input on new drinks. The service quality varies; some customers mention long wait times due to being understaffed during busy hours. Despite this, many appreciate the consistent effort of the team to provide good customer service. Overall, this Starbucks is appreciated for its space, cleanliness, and friendly staff, making it a good spot to enjoy a coffee or refreshment.
