Poor customer service. Employees are super inattentive slow. Going through the drive thru is supposed to be quick. Theres no reason I should be waiting 5 minutes at the window just to pay. Then another 5 minutes or so to get what I ordered. This isn't the first time. I come here quite often when working because it's convenient location to stop.
The prices are greater here than a normal starbucks, but there is not tip online? Weird. Employees were great; they deserve tipping online, especially when most people do not carry cash anymore.
