I had my first taste yesterday. I ordered a 4 piece chop chicken and tostones. I was expecting chicharron de pollo but it was just regular fried chicken pieces. Seasoned well, loved that they gave me lots of lime with it. Tostones were crispy and done right seemed to be fried at the right ripeness point. I was having a major craving for dominican cake.
