“I don't usually write reviews but I have to say this place was great. We had the lunch special and the portion was way too big for me to finish. We also had coffee & pastry for dessert which was so pleasant, brought me back home. Overall very satisfied with the experience and service. The owners were very attentive. It was a pleasure, and def be back.“

Empanadas

“Cozy spot. Fantastic empanadas. Top tier in Passaic.Parking: Park on the wrong side, and meter ops will spin the block with the quickness. Parking on the side of the business is almost always occupied, so it's best that whatever you do is quick. If parking was better, that business would sell more.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a large step at the door.“

Mexican Bread
Pan Dulce
Conchas

“The bread is very good, only the attention that some workers there give is what would change, when someone asked for a tray the lady responded with a bad attitude and a bad temper, and one greets her out of politeness and she only looks bad, but the rest I think the bread is very tasty and there is a good variety of bread.“

Paczki

“Outstanding traditional Polish breads, cookies, paczki (donuts) and cakes. The layered rum cake, sprinkled butter cookies, and cheese babka are to die for. The paczki are a tad undersized. This place is a bit pricey across the board, but I guess superb quality isn't cheap. Also, it's a bit cramped inside, in a crummy part of town, and parking can be hard to come by.“

Chicharron Y Relleno Mix
Sandwich De Lomito
Lomo Al Jugo

“Wowwww I was surprised by the taste and size of the dishes here at this place. It is a bakery where it serves breakfast but also lunches and main dishes of Peruvian cuisine. They have dishes from 12 or 15 dollars onwards and in the bakery you can eat a sandwich for 8 dollars. Their menu is well stocked although physical space is limited and you have to find parking but I think these are normal things for a small place. But its flavor and service are worth it to visit it.“

“I like it because it is a light bread, it does not fall heavy, I always used to see it and never in my bakery it was the jarochita but for a while I started to have pain when I ate the bread and from there I no longer bought bread there one day my husband bought some loaves for me. They liked them I ate them and my stomach didn't hurt that's why I buy there it's already my favorite bakery“

“La Flor de Puebla has been and continues to be the best bakery in New Jersey. They are family owned, friendly, extremely clean and very attentive. We visited to pick up baked goods for NewYears Eve. They had the most beautiful cheesecake topped with gorgeous strawberries and kiwi on display. Yes, we bought it. It was beautifully decorated with the largest and freshest strawberries you ever laid your eyes on. It was so good. It was fresh, creamy and delicious. This is part of a New Jersey treasure.“

“I was searching for a cake shop on Christmas eve because almost all the shops were closed. Then I saw it. Didn't expect much. I bought a jelly cake. The atmosphere was very congested and there was not enough space even to stand. But the cake was very tasty and everyone loved it.“
