One of the reviews says the person who is the wife of a city inspector and says that this inspector found the place dirty. This is not logical or true because when that happens they close the businesses until what they find is fixed and they fine the merchants. Our and your bakery has never failed any of the city inspections since their first visit and we have never had to close our business for health reasons. As merchants we know that the competition uses these means to throw garbage at the reputation of its most successful competitors and that is unfair competition. I drove twice in 2 days to grab cupcakes and cookies… I cannot say what’s my favourite out of the cupcake, the brownies, the cookies etc because everything was decadent and not too sweet. You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! “Excellent bakery. Lots of quality and a nice variety of baked goods. My only complaint is that even though the espresso I had was made correctly, I didn't feel the "taste" was there. Must be a domestically made coffee. Wish they would use a true Italian espresso like Illy at the least. Other than that I'll be back.“

I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. “Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. “Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond.
