“I’ve loved Cold Stone for years and always supported every local establishment in any area I’m near. This was my first time at this specific location and it was very welcoming and clean. Don’t you just love when you walk into an ice cream shop and can smell the freshness of the products? I’ve craved ice cream since the start of my pregnancy and I’m currently 6mon. The one girl who assisted me was truly patient and helpful with me. I mixed around a few flavors and toppings and she got me just right lol shot out to her!! Oh I gave 4 stars because I keep trying to call the store to ask about something but no one ever answers. That’s quite disappointing so I hope they can get that together.“

“This is a small coffee and cake shop in a large space of slot machines and food halls, which are usually in malls. I do not know if there are enough connoisseurs of the exquisite taste of these cakes in that place. But the cakes were very fresh and delicious. Wonderful coffee and a very friendly girl served me, carefully bringing the brewed coffee to the table in a large food space. Here you can also buy a wonderful cake. very tasty!“

I was looking for a special place to take my family out for dinner because it was my oldest son's birthday. I also read the history of this beautiful place, Father a Son team and it sounded like something down our alley and my son would really love to experience. Oh my goodness! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm and welcoming attitude. We were seated in the best spot, and they even brought out a high chair for my grandson. We try to put him in high chairs but he just doesn't like them. This little guy wants to be a big boy already😂❤️ Our waiter, Ali I believe that was his name, was absolutely the best! He was so approachable, funny, and well mannered with all of us. He even joked around with my grandson, which made the experience even more special. Thank u! Everything we had was delicious! From the warm bread with olives and olive oil to the appetizers, to our main dishes and oh my goodness, those drinks🍹 They were to die for! Now that's what I call, “Call me an Uber!” 😂 They definitely were not stingy with the alcohol, and those drinks were so good! 😉 They even brought out a little dessert for my son to celebrate his birthday, and it was so, so good and absolutely delicious! 🎂❤️ I rate this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. “Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. For the toppers of the cupcakes I thought she would just do an icing decoration, but she added sugar cookies and they came out so cute and complimented our theme perfectly! Thank you again!“

Delivery made through DoorDash. it looks very similar to the stock photo.I ordered it to be delivered to my son‘s job as a surprise. He said the balance of flavors and cookie crunch were perfect, but avoided the mint chip nose. A previous reviewer had mentioned that they don’t do cookie puss cakes in this location, but that’s not factual apparently. Don’t bother calling, you’ll always be met with voicemail“

“I brought a cake for my son birthday. On 3/7/26 my husband went to pick it up box was taped up. It was a lion king theme cake with oreo inside. I opened the box no lion king no oreo. I called the store multiple times no answer. I even went to the store was told manager Jimmy would call me today 3/11/26. Still nothing. As much as I paid for this cake it should of been the way I ordered. Never again because someone should of told my husband the cake is not exactly as we purchased and the price should of been adjusted and refund issued. Edit 3/12/26 Jimmy the manager called me and explained the situation and it was a miscommunication. He apologized and rectified the situation. I would definetly buy another cake from coldstone. One of the reviews says the person who is the wife of a city inspector and says that this inspector found the place dirty. This is not logical or true because when that happens they close the businesses until what they find is fixed and they fine the merchants. Our and your bakery has never failed any of the city inspections since their first visit and we have never had to close our business for health reasons. As merchants we know that the competition uses these means to throw garbage at the reputation of its most successful competitors and that is unfair competition. “I was surprised when I went to work on my birthday as my boss and co workers presented me with a delightful Cold Stone Creamery cake. It was delicious and looked great. I have eaten Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream in the past and totally enjoyed it but this was the first time I have had their ice cream cake and I will definitely be going back and ordering one for future celebrations.“
