“Received the most amazing surprise birthday cake from SJ! It was as delicious as it was beautiful! This is our third time ordering from SJ, and each time it has been better than the last! I cannot recommend using them for any baked needs you have! We have gotten the chocolate cake with Oreo filling twice and there’s never any cake left! Everyone loves it! Thank you so so much SJ for helping make my birthday magical! See comments for pic of the cake ☺️“

“Great service, very friendly staff, made a custom cake for me with a college logo I sent them. Communication was great, cake was delicious. It’s nice to have a nut free bakery nearby. Everything I have tried has been great so far. Highly recommend 10/10“

“A really nice bakery and cafe with a wide assortment of baked goods and some meals. The raspberry filled donuts and custard filled donuts are delicious. The tiramisu is also very good. The prices are very high, a single donut is $4, but the quality of the baked goods seems excellent and I assume the rent in this area is high. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Hey...It was really fun to pop in. Stood on line 20 minutes, 2 or 3 people ahead of me, $64 later, I have a small pie and 2 puffs, they were ok. Crust yummy, inside both a bit dry. Fun atmosphere in there. Didn't get a chance to check stuff out. I would have liked to sample some other things. I bet the chicken pies are great.It's just a bit pricey, and wait was a bit long on this day. Bravo for having a unique store ?“

“My daughters and I love to stop in a few times a week to buy a doughnut and have a cup of coffee. It's a really cool space and the pastries are delicious! Also we are excited to try their Pizza day (every other Sunday). Just need to get lucky enough to stop in on the right day.“

“I stopped by for an iced oat milk latte while waiting for a nearby appointment and enjoyed the drink and the relaxed vibe. This is the second Java Love I've visited and I plan to return to hang out and do some reading. The staff was kind and welcoming.“

“I love coming to Java Love. The staff are always so friendly. The food and drinks are delicious. And they’re so creative with their seasonal drinks. The atmosphere is also so inviting.
Parking: There is no dedicated parking for Java Love - either pay to park on the street (if you can find a free spot), park in one or Montclair’s many parking garages, or park a couple blocks away in the residential area where street parking is free and has no time restrictions.“
