The warmth and friendliness of the staff make every visit special. Their artisanal bread, known as **pan artesanal**, is simply outstanding. Some of my personal favorites include **lenguas**, **champurradas**, **pirujos**, and **quesadillas**—each one is a true taste of home.

“I finally got the chance to try Crumbl Cookies and I’m so glad I was able to try the lineup for this week. The cookies were delicious, Kentucky butter cake and sticky bun were my favorite. The pink velvet and Banana upside down cake were tasty as well. The staff was nice, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order even ordering ahead. One of selections ended up being sold out and the workers decided to give me a free cookie. I’ll definitely be back, I can’t wait for next’s week lineup.“

“my favorite coffee shop. all the women are so friendly and make all the baked goods and drinks with love. i highly recommend the oat hochija latte and their home brewed iced teas. in the fall they have a delicious kabocha tea cake and regularly have a yuzu lemon cake and a lavender blueberry cake that are divine. i usually go during the weekdays in the early morning/afternoon and they have seating available, but it is a small space and can get busy on the weekends.“

“We came on a Sunday morning and there wasn't a line. The bakery is a little stand on Palisade Ave. We ordered the bombolonis and the mozarella/prosciutto sandwich.

The bombolonis were some of the best I've ever had (even compared to the ones in Italy) - they were fresh and the vanilla pastry cream wasn't too sweet but still felt indulgent. The donut was so airy and soft. The sandwich wasn't anything to brag about, it was underwhelming unfortunately. The mozzarella was very mild but the flatbread was good; the sandwich was definitely overpriced for what it was. Wish we tried other things on the menu but was in a pinch. I will definitely be back to try the focaccia and pizza options.

Also note that there is hardly any street parking options so be sure to plan ahead! They also have various Italian products for sale such as jarred sauces and dried pasta.“

“Tried a few things at Frenchette Bakery. I got the duck rillette and the oyster mushroom sandwiches and really liked both—super flavorful and well balanced.
I also tried the pain au chocolat and the hazelnut croissant. The chocolate filling in the pain au chocolat was extremely minimal, so I personally wouldn’t recommend that one. The hazelnut croissant, on the other hand, was the complete opposite—rich filling, amazing texture, and noticeably flakier than the chocolate one.“

Baking Mama delivered delicious cookies, cupcakes, and brownies on time right to their door. My kids said they were delicious and they looked great in the photos they sent. Two thumbs up!“

“This is my go to Colombian bakery. I have been a loyal customer since 2012.
Their menu is limited if you are planning to dine in, however, it is quite reliable and consistent. It is pure comfort food.

If you are not that adventurous, I highly recommend their empanadas de carne (beef and potatoes) and pan de bono (cheese bread). Those are usually the favorites of any picky eaters that join us 😁“

I may be giving away a pro tip, but you can definitely order some breakfast sandwiches that are not on the menu. They bake their bread in house so everything is fresh and delicious. This location is small not much choices of all the items available and also seating is limited but the space is small to begin with.

The staff is so caring warm and attentive. Every pastry beverage and prepared products are fresh and staff is out and about moving items cleaning and restocking as soon as they see the need for it.

This is my frequented little cozy shop and I wouldn't have it any other way“

“WOW! I have life long dairy allergies and recent celiac diagnosis and I am so happy with this bakery! Since Erin McKennas bakery closed in NYC I’ve been on a hunt for a bakery that meets my allergen needs as a lot of vegan bakeries are not also nut free or don’t offer gluten free baked goods. I got a cookie and some of the No Whey chocolates and my partner got a cake truffle and cupcake. The cookie was amazing and my partner said the cake truffle was really good too (they didn’t get a gluten free one). I am happy to know that I have a safe bakery that I can go to and recommend to my family. Will be going back here!“

The owner Meran showed me the amazing 500 square foot brick oven, that used to bake bread for Frank Sinatra back in the day. Love it!
