Fabrique Artisan Bakery Reviews
Brown sugar walnut bun with a flat white. Both quality. Raspberry almond brownie was rich, great texture, but a bit too much going on for me.
Atmosphere is functional with an industrial, rustic factory setting.
Took the breakfast out to little island to take it all in.
Very unique and delicious - had multiple Walnut + Brown Sugar buns during my week but everything tasted excellent! The buns are super fresh without being too sweet.
Must go place… best coffee and pastries… and the breads…OMG…

Fabrique Artisan Bakery is a cozy little gem on 14th Street, with exposed brick inside giving it a warm vibe and a few indoor seats for enjoying coffee and pastry. The display in the window catches eyes, and the shop smells good inside. The bakery is still mainly about cinnamon buns, though some find them dense and claggy these days. Other options include cardamom and vanilla buns, which are delicious, and a maple pecan bun with rich, comforting flavors. An iced oatmilk latte and cardamom bun are both delicious. The square white bread has a soft texture and flour taste. The space is small but cute, and customers enjoy watching staff prepare food. The buns are out of this world, with perfect texture, softness, flavour, and glaze, making it the best place in NYC for a cafe lunch. Staff are thoughtful and wrap bread beautifully. It is a perfect spot for a slow morning, quick coffee stop, or pastry run.
