“2/6/2023. Had a taste for a patty and coco bread and this was the closest place to me and there was good reviews. I got a chicken patty because it wasn't spicy and it was $3.00 the coco bread was $1.00. The beard to the patty was nice and flacky but wasn't falling all over the place it had a decent amount of filling and the coco bread had a nice fresh taste to it, the only issue I have was I tasted more of the coco bread and the outside of the patty more than I tasted the filling of the patty there wasn't much flavor to it.“

“I ordered a cake two weeks ago and picked up last week. I was nervous because it was my first time purchasing from them. The service was wonderful and the cake was delicious! I did pineapple filling and it was too sweet; I could tell it was freshly made; it was soft and buttery and light. You definitely have a returning customer!“

“I live walking distance from Bekka’s. When she first opened we had some jerk chicken and oxtail. It was okay but not great. However, this morning I had the ackee and salt fish with banana and yam, and it’s the best I ever had. I grew up in East Orange and have been to various Caribbean restaurants and this was the best Jamaican breakfast ever!“
