“Been here a few times. Maybe the people too lazy to come inside a restaurant to eat need to stop complaining about their orders. If you want something quick go to a fast food. If you want quality then you need to learn some patience. When ordering inside the restaurant Mr. Benson really takes his time. He even had brought our fresh cut watermelon while we waited. His food portions are huge. You get great service when you sit to eat! Food is tasty and cannot complain.

“I ordered the fish (catfish) and wing combo w/seasoned rice. They did not disappoint. Service from the gate was polite and inviting and the establishment was clean. The fish was VERY seasoned. The chicken was also seasoned well. I tasted the rice first and was tempted to add salt but correctly decided not to b/c, all together, the seasoning from the fish and chicken was more than enough. Fair pricing for the genoursly proportionate meal which came with two slices of bread and a can of soda or bottled water.”

“Was my 1st time visiting having been introduced by my mom and brother. Inside was clean, bright and full of informative signs about ingredients etc.

I had a coco craze bowl and though the honey wasn't needed it was still great. Bowl had fresh fruits and i loved the texture of the granola when combined.”

We visited and now I frequent it almost daily! Homefries platter is not for the faint of heart. You've got to have a hearty appetite or share it out. Grits platter...well...something of a southern treasure! Beef bacon egg and cheese sandwich is always a perfect on the run, goodie! We tried the shrimp over rice and that was nice. Chicken over rice was even better as it had a slight kick to it. And again, no matter what you order, bring a healthy appetite cause you're gonna need it and a long nap, after! These guys are amazing!! Truly! They're sweet! They're efficient! They can throw down on that gril!! Yummmmm Oh...and if you've never had it, their lemon ginger drink is amazeballs!! Here is why no it was just 4 star for me The large salad deserved something more than a tiny cup of dressing I would have thought with a salad that size the dressing serving would be more appropriate. Make sure ask for extra dressing….Other than that all else was good”

“I have been going there for a minute. The workers there are very friendly, polite. I only buy their smoked herring bread and on a couple occasions, cake. When I buy the bread, it's always a bunch because I freeze them. Trust me. If you're crunching for time, make some eggs and put in the bread, you're good to go. I just realized last night they make food. I'm just mad they never give me a plate of food while I wait for my bread. They could always make it up to me next time by giving me a bòl diri.”
