“Had the pleasure of eating at Giorgio"s last night before a show at SPAC. Service was outstanding, menu explained and food was excellent. From our salad, entree and desert everything was outstanding. I highly recommend it but please not before a show I may now get a reservation again.”

“I’ve ordered a few times all great experiences. Today I ordered in store at the kiosk and picked up, got home and although i got two combos (lamb k jerk chicken) upon eating the first few bites I realized both were only jerk chicken. I called however their voicemail isn’t set up. I wish someone could call me back and offer some kind of assistance/ discount 😩

UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me immediately after my original review, apologized for the mix-up, and offered to make things right by replacing our two combo platters.

I stopped by Saturday night and showed the staff the email. They immediately knew what I was referring to, apologized again for the previous experience, and took care of my order with no hassle or confusion. My food came out quickly, the customer service was great, and the food quality was great as usual!

I really appreciate how quickly they responded to my concerns and that the same level of care carried over when I returned to the restaurant. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. They addressed the issue immediately, made the resolution easy, and followed through on exactly what they promised. Definitely appreciated!”

“Had a terrible experience today. They gave me the wrong sandwich. Tried to call them to send me a new one but all you get is a voicemail. Emailed them and even messaged them on Instagram and they never responded. So I was stuck at work all day without any food or any reimbursement”

“We ordered my son’s birthday cake from SOMA Sweets about a month ago, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Steve managed to bring my 5-year-old’s very specific “Venom cake” vision to life on short notice, and it came out better than we imagined.

He also partnered with another great local business, Bakes By Izzy, to make it happen. The cake looked incredible and tasted even better.

“So the ambiance and atmosphere here super dope and the staff is accommodating and very friendly however it just seems that there understaffed. Drinks took a bit long and when they came out they weren’t the right ones which was comped. Then they forgot an item we ordered for desert and accidentally threw away my food that I asked for to go. The server caught this mistake and comped us a whole pie but when I opened the box it’s a complete different pie.. so slightly disappointed there but I don’t think it’s the staffs fault I blame management. Aside from that tho Luke who was one of the servers was very polite and accommodating this place needs more Luke’s !”

“so today was my first day going to this lovely local bakery, and I tried the chocolate croissant. This chocolate croissant was so chocolatey and so delicious. every single bite had chocolate in it. It was more dense than like a traditional French chocolate croissant, but if you want a chocolate croissant That is super chocolatey. This is the place to go.”
