“Felix is the man and the smoothie and smoothie bowls are always a delicious and healthy bang for your buck, but having had the Spicy Squash and Chicken Noodle Soup, I can safely say this is my favorite spot to grab something tasty and healthy and worth the money, the soup is sooooooo good. I walked it while he was prepping another batch of the squash soup. And it smelled soooooooo oooo o good. The picture of my soup doesn’t do it justice as I’ve eaten the chicken out of it and now I’m sipping on the broth which has the slightest kick to it. I’m obsessed. I encourage everyone to support this place and get something delicious while you are at it!!!!!!“

“The Paradise juice was very refreshing. You can tell the fruits and veggies are fresh. The classic house style sandwich is super stuffed. The ham in it is really tasty. It has a sweet and salty flavor. The workers are sweet, the atmosphere is clean, and the interior design is cool. I would definitely come back again!“

“Listen I don’t really do reviews but let me tell you about this spot right here that I just happened to be passing by. For one the service is amazing as soon as I walked in I was greeted not only by the workers but by the patrons as well. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. Last but certainly not least the food was amazing my omelette was fluffy my bacon was nice and crispy the shredded potatoes were made to perfection and the toast with butter was on point!!! I would really give you guys a 100 out of 10 but there’s no option for that. I am definitely comeback with my wife and kids.“

She recommended the Nana bowl, along with the Funky monkey smoothie, and gut green juice. They also have Dubai chocolate strawberries which I must try when I come back :) My favorite items I ordered were the funky monkey protein smoothie and the gut juice :)“

“The place was empty for 1230pm on a Monday. Maybe because it was raining. Service and food was great! I never had any problems with the food at any Playa bowls. It's always consistent! Tons of flavor and crunch! I ordered the Nica bowl this time to try something different. It tasted great! Still, my favorite is the coco power bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain. You are in downtown Summit.“

“I am celiac. They were quick to assure me that they take many precautions when preparing a burger on a gluten free bun. They said they had only one dedicated person working the separate gluten free station in the kitchen and pulled the worker aside in front of me to tell them it was an allergy order.

Fries are in a shared fryer so I couldn’t have them but it was so nice to have a good burger option! The bun was really soft but also didn’t crumble at all. Would recommend!“

“My son just called me from downtown—he and his friends were excitedly shouting into the phone that they found the best new place for smoothies and dumplings. They definitely loved the drinks and food, but what made them so giddy was how kind and friendly the woman at the counter, Margaret, was. She even gave them a few free items. I figured any business or person that can get four 13-year-old boys to call their mom just to rave about it is worth a shout-out on Facebook!!“

Also they make energy ball for on the go, they make fresh peanut butter for toppings. Love how they have 3 different categories for choices, destination, wellness and endurance. “This is a nice little family owned business that sells smoothies, a few teas and a few breakfast items...crepes, waffles and oatmeal. I was greeted by a woman and man behind the counter who I presume to be the owners..they were quite friendly. I was looking for a smoothie place that opens before 7am and they opened at 6am. It's located on Bloomfield Ave in Newark, NJ and if you know the area, it's quite busy. Parking may be scarce. I ordered the coffee banana smoothie and it was tasty. It was approximately 32oz? And it was 10.00. They also have add ins such as protein, collagen, etc.This may seem pricey but healthy food will cost you. I wanted to try the crepes which also were 10.00 but I did not have time to wait. The smoothie was not too sweet which I liked. I would like to try their other flavors so I will definitely go back. My one issue is that a list of ingredients of the smoothies would be helpful, as well as what is used to sweeten the smoothies.“

“Normally protein has this powdery taste so it's difficult to buy things with protein for me. However, the drink and tropical fruit bowl were incredible. The bowl had a passionfruit base which really was delicious and so filling. It had so much fruit and was amazing. The owner was so kind and really passionate about what she's doing at this place.
