“First time here. Apparently opened today, 11/13/21 and I'm happy I stopped in.I had the blueberry muffin smoothie and it was very good. Tasted like a liquified blueberry muffin. I think it was on point. I also had the crepe and that was also amazing. I'm picky with food and sweets and I did not mind paying for what i got. Well worth it.And the folks that own it and run it are super nice and friendly. They offer lots of discounts to repeat custys and for referrals. They also do raffles for gift card giveaways.And the place is super clean and very cozy.Try it if you are in town or live nearby.“

“Felix is the man and the smoothie and smoothie bowls are always a delicious and healthy bang for your buck, but having had the Spicy Squash and Chicken Noodle Soup, I can safely say this is my favorite spot to grab something tasty and healthy and worth the money, the soup is sooooooo good. I walked it while he was prepping another batch of the squash soup. And it smelled soooooooo oooo o good. The picture of my soup doesn’t do it justice as I’ve eaten the chicken out of it and now I’m sipping on the broth which has the slightest kick to it. I’m obsessed. It was my first time ever trying blue spirulina and honestly, what a way to be introduced to it. The flavor was amazing and I loved knowing I was drinking something that was actually good for me. Even the juice Beet Bop was good.

But beyond the drinks, the vibe here is something unique. The hospitality is genuine, and unlike anything you'd expect from a juice bar, it's the kind of place that has its own personality and energy.

I had visited vara juice multiple times, with each time being a pleasant experience and yesterday's visit was no exception. I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie. It came out delicious per usual. I prefer vara juice to the other juice bars in bay ridge. My only gripe with them is that nowthey only have one person working there, so just be patient. The lady working there was very nice and even asked me how my juice tasted. I recommend that anyone craving fresh juice pays them a visit.“

They said they had only one dedicated person working the separate gluten free station in the kitchen and pulled the worker aside in front of me to tell them it was an allergy order.
