“First time here. Apparently opened today, 11/13/21 and I'm happy I stopped in.I had the blueberry muffin smoothie and it was very good. Tasted like a liquified blueberry muffin. I think it was on point. I also had the crepe and that was also amazing. I'm picky with food and sweets and I did not mind paying for what i got. Well worth it.And the folks that own it and run it are super nice and friendly. They offer lots of discounts to repeat custys and for referrals. They also do raffles for gift card giveaways.And the place is super clean and very cozy.Try it if you are in town or live nearby.“

I had visited vara juice multiple times, with each time being a pleasant experience and yesterday's visit was no exception. I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie. It came out delicious per usual. I prefer vara juice to the other juice bars in bay ridge. My only gripe with them is that nowthey only have one person working there, so just be patient. The lady working there was very nice and even asked me how my juice tasted. I recommend that anyone craving fresh juice pays them a visit.“

“I came in to try the Pitaya Paradise Mango after a friend recommended it. To be honest, I started the day in a pretty bad mood, and then, of course, there was an issue with my order. Things happen, and I completely understand that.

What really stood out was how the manager, Andres, handled the situation. He resolved the problem in no time, remained incredibly professional, and was genuinely kind, even though I was probably a little ruder than I should have been. By the time I left the store, I was laughing with a big smile on my face.

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

For one the service is amazing as soon as I walked in I was greeted not only by the workers but by the patrons as well. The atmosphere made me feel right at home.
