“I enjoyed dining at Inkosi Cafe. I Love that this cafe is Black Owned. The owner is the sweetest!. It felt good to be welcomed with open arm's and a few laughs!.

“Came in for baklava which was delicate and delicious. Extremely soothed by the chill atmosphere and low key vibe. Service was friendly and I appreciated being told which pastries were homemade and which ones were more sweet. We will come back again.“

“Sankofa Cafe is a gift to the Montclair community and surrounding communities that it serves. The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming, the coffee and tea are wonderful, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Sankofa has become of hub of the community, often hosting social and cultural events, in addition to participating in community outreach in support of many causes.
The owner, Jessica Troupe, has poured her heart and soul into this cafe, and it shows. It is one of the best coffee shop in the area.“

“A delightful coffee shop in Scotch Plains. It has three rooms: a lovely sitting area with tables, a lounge area with a couch, and a coffee bar. The coffee is superb! It's on Westfield Ave., with convenient parking in the back (off Montague Ave.), watch for it carefully if you're driving, as it's easy to miss.“

“Wow. Ordered through Ubereats and was NOT expecting to get a magical latte. It was a perfect balance of sweet, savory and frothy. I literally cannot stop thinking about how I fell upon this place over an app to fulfill an impulsive caffeine craving. This exceeded my expectations and raised my bar for lattes. I got the pistachio latte w/ coconut milk and vanilla foam.“

“What a great place! Passed by here once and our daughter’s name is Madison so I thought it would be fun to try out. Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, probably not the best day to try a new place. We showed up for our 12:15 reservations and despite the mob scene outside, our table was waiting. The food and service were spectacular on a busy day. I can’t wait to come back on a normal day. I had the cauliflower tacos. Amazing, as good as they look in the picture. Wife and daughter had omelettes with salad and potatoes. Neither could finish! Not sure if I can post photos“

“We met some family at Cafe Zingara for Sunday breakfast after they told us how wonderful the food was. And they were right - it was DELICIOUS! The coconut latte and rainbow cookie latte were extremely flavorful without being too sweet. We enjoyed the Eggs Benedict, kids waffle, kids pancakes, cinnamon swirl pancakes, and breakfast biscuit sliders. Their homemade syrup is a great bonus to the pancakes and waffles. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to try lunch next!“

I don't go anywhere else from the comfortable seating and the nicely cooled lounge and a place outside if you're a smoker. Wide assortment of coffees and teas and adults beverages. “dirty place....the chef uses his bare hands to prepare and cook meals then denied multiple customers for food requests like 8pm like 🤦♀️..... they never clean while cooking or preparing instead they wait to clean up at 8pm ....gross only meal I was able to eat was a kibob salad because there meat is disgusting 😑“
