The menu was family style and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and the sharing made for a really fun, friendly vibe among all the guests. And the cocktails look beautiful and taste even better.The service was wonderful - lovely, professional and very accommodating.They have a wireless mic and sound system, so you’re all set if you need to make toasts or anything.Would highly recommend and absolutely plan to be back for another event, or just dinner.Rich and Moe were particularly great to work with, and made our party a huge success.“

“TLDR: fun array of flavors, unique sourdough donut texture, decent beverages with coffee iced cubes, cute outdoor area when it’s warmLonger description:Donuts/baked goods: There’s the usual vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles and the like, but the best baked goods IMHO are the yum bun (decadence in cinnamon sugar-rolled dough form) and mini Nutella donut. The donuts have a heavier texture than the usual yeast donut (but it’s not a cake donut either), and there are special flavor sourdough donuts (like the horchata sourdough donut pictured with the yum bun and strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut).The donut frosting is always wet, no matter the time of day or what type of frosting. It always pools on the bottom of the box or in the hand. That’s not necessarily a problem, but it’s a note in case you care about that.Breakfast sandwiches: they’re there if you want something savory,Beverages: they’re a decent accompaniment to whatever you’re eating. They don’t have espresso as of the writing of this review, so no dirty chais or lattes. However, they have iced cubes made from coffee which make their iced beverages a delight.Parking: you can park on the street, and it’ll depend on the day and time whether you’ll get lucky enough to find a spot.Seating: there’s limited indoor seating (one bench-style table, basically) but when it warms up, you can order from the side window and laze around on the patio, which I highly recommend.“

“I discovered Montclair Diner through DoorDash and I have ordered from here many times and I am very satisfied with the quality of all the items relative to the price. DoorDash pricing is getting out of control and Montclair Diner is one of the few spots that still have reasonable prices and good quality. I usually order breakfast like pancakes, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee and I have been happy with the orders. There are a few more items on the menu that I really want to try out including the crab cakes Benedict, shrimp and grits, and burgers and I look forward to that.“
“went mid day and had the Brunch menu. Got the Le Wild Salmon Benedict which came with a lemon Hollandaise sauce and she assured the sauce was vegan. It came with a side of sweet potato and the whole combination was so delicious. We also got the Almond Milk Pancakes which were GF and Vegan. It came with a side of Maple syrup and topped with honey glazed walnuts and berries. Was really satisfied with both the dishes. The service was good and loved the interior of the shop. This place has so many great options on the menu!!“
“I’ve been here twice, once with a late party and a party of 6 and both times we had incredible service and the food is delicious. Even the basics are incredible. No children’s menus so if your kids are picky then make sure to look at the selections. We had the chicken cutlet (served with a garlic parsley oil if you like), meatballs, margherita pizza, carbonara pizza. The carbonara pizza is to die for. Excellent marinara sauce and meatballs. Get the bread basket to soak up the sauce!“
“A very unique experience in a casual setting! The food is outstanding - absolutely delicious - chef Patrick honestly puts his heart and soul into each dish. From the smoked meats to the Brussels sprouts to their signature Pineapple Express cocktail, you will devour ever morsel! They have live bands provide an eclectic mix of tunes to attract all ages as well as an outside patio space! I appreciate the casual atmosphere and its ample parking and of course the history of this building is mind blowing! Highly recommend!“

The coffee is good with coffee-adjacent drinks with fun names. I have never seen the place empty or slow.There are a handful of pastries (croissant, pecan roll, ham and cheese croissant, everything bagel twist, etc.) to accompany the beverages. I was told the pastries come from Le French Dad Boulangerie, so if you like their baked goods, you’ll be pleased.If you’re prone to migraines or if you’re looking for a semi-quiet place to work or have a chat, this is not the place for you. If you want to show friends or visitors a unique place with good coffee, this does the job.“
