I've been a few times in the evenings with friends and the girl there who is always at the desk when we go (I think her name is Halla?) is always so nice and friendly and patient!
Sometimes you're in and out with 5 people ahead of u sometimes you're in there for 20 mins with 1 person ahead of you. It all depends if you got a competent employee or not.
We loved the service we got from Hala she was very helpful and considerate and she did a great job with the writing
