Absolute Zero Rolled Ice Cream is a great spot with excellent ice cream. The team works hard and is always cheerful. The environment is warm and welcoming, with a fun process to watch. They make the ice cream fresh on the spot, which can mean a wait, but it's worth it. There are plenty of toppings and mix-ins, and great vegan options. The strawberry shortcake is a favorite. The quality and price are both very good, making it a recommended spot with never a disappointment.
