I eat Spicy Miso Yaki Udon from Fujiya Ramen probably every other day of my life with my girlfriend. This restaurant is ON POINT. This ramen is SO UNDERRATED!! I honestly don’t understand How they do not have thousands of 5 star reviews. I used to go all the way to Fort Lee for ramen but felt lazy this past weekend so I decided to give this place a try. I am so happy I did because they blew me away. The quality of the broth (I had Shoyu ramen) was amazing and rich in flavor without being greasy or oily.
