I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. “We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“Cute mom n pops restaurant with a boba place inside. I ordered the hojicha boba latte and it has the perfect deep matcha flavor. She whisked the hojicha right in front of me so I know it’s authentic. So affordable which is hard to find good boba places that don’t charge extra for milk alternatives or boba!! Great service as well they are fast and very sweet. Would come back again.“

“When we come to the mall, we always eat here. They cook very tasty here, we tried ramen, sushi burrito, I especially recommend the one with crab, it is the most delicious, with crispy filling and awesome sauce . Bbowel, bubble tea. Everything is very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend“

“I ordered tonkatsu ramen, takoyaki, and pork gyoza. Takoyaki is so delicious, just what I expected. Pork gyoza is really tasty. Tonkatsu ramen is also great, it’s not so seasoned which is good, so you can add some of the spices you prefer. If you order a take out, the soup will be separate from the rest of the contents, which makes it easier to carry. The only downside is the pork belly topping instead of real tonkatsu. But, nevertheless it’s still delicious. I will definitely come back for more takoyaki! The waitress was polite, the inside of the restaurant was clean. Definitely a good place to go for lunch or dinner.“

We visited Pora Ramen at American Dream Mall on Saturday night and had the veggie ramen. The flavors were good, the portion size was satisfying, and the food was served hot. Nice spot for a quick and comforting meal while shopping at the mall.“

“Service was truly excellent and the food was really very special. Excellent and fresh, well prepared sushi dishes. The menu is tremendous.

Free food! Yes they give you things for free. Free platter of salted edamame. I took my leftovers home, because I couldn’t finish my huge lunch portions. They wrapped everything beautifully, included free miso soup and sweets in the bag. They also gave me extra soy sauce wasabi and dishes as well as utensils.

Free probiotic drink after your meal.

“Excellent Ramen. Great service. Great little spot. The kimchi they bring you is divine, spicey, and delicious. The Spicey Ramen I had was amazing, even down to delicious bean sprouts. The spring rolls were on point. By far the best shrimp tempora I've had. Simple, light, crisp and delicious. Oh and the house sake was fantastic. If you're in the area, check this place out. We ordered the Khao Soi w/ Chicken, Vegetarian Pad Thai, and Green Curry w/ Pork — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The Khao Soi was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked noodles and tender chicken, the Pad Thai had the ideal balance of sweetness and spice, and the Green Curry was creamy, aromatic, and packed with fresh herbs.

“Food was solid. The broth was very tasty and rich. The noodles were fine, nothing crazy. We got the pork gyoza and it was absolutely spectacular. They were delicious and were served with a sauce that I would call home about lol. The atmosphere was chill, good music at a good volume. We could talk and not feel overwhelmed. Service was great too, we opted to order in the tablet but they served us the food and gave us all the utensils so we didn’t have to get up. And lastly the BOBA. Yall this boba was delightful, you could really tell it was made fresh. Overall I’d give it a 4.7/5.“
