I’ve been trying to book this place for months and was finally able to snag a convenient time!Our server Igor was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. He suggested a few meals for us but we ultimately chose the Omakase which came with a 5 course meal.We started with Salmon Crudo which was served over a Furikaki Cracker and Crema. Some really different and delicious options, portions are a good size. Not really understanding the difficulty of getting a reservation. It's very good but does not live up to all the hype in my opinion. Trendy, yes but...$$$ and very tight seating is a big downside.

Pasta ramen is a vibe. The food, the ambiance, everything is great but especially Matt. He is hands down the most amazing waiter we’ve ever have. We insist on having him whenever we go. He’s passionate about what he does, attentive and knows all the ins and outs of the menu. It doesn’t get better than Matt. He makes the experience 10x better. Go to pasta ramen and pray you get Matt waiting on you!
