I come here all the time. The staff is always very friendly and I've yet to get a "bad" or wrong drink from here. I always mobile order and they always have it ready fast :)

I placed a mobile order, and she didn’t realize it had come in because she was distracted (this was ten minutes later). I had to pull her away from her phone by calling to her to get my item. She also had air pods in, so I had to repeat myself several times. Unprofessional is an understatement.
