The food always comes quickly, and it’s pretty good. My only complaint is that the hash browns are always stale but I’m starting to think that’s the same for every Dunkin’ not particularly this one. The atmosphere is as good as you can get for a small Dunkin location
Jada is amazing! She always makes my drink the best, and honestly, she’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Dunkin. She is such a sweet and motivated girl and always has a positive attitude. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work.
The staff could use some training. One woman was very nice but my drink still came out wrong the second attempt. My iced matcha was only half filled, the rest was all foam, two times in a row. This doesn’t happen at other locations. The problem is they use a blender to mix instead of stirring. The short lady is a very sour person and made a face when I questioned the drink. Last time the short sour woman didn’t give me an electric blue raspberry lemonade like...
