The staff could use some training. One woman was very nice but my drink still came out wrong the second attempt. My iced matcha was only half filled, the rest was all foam, two times in a row. This doesn’t happen at other locations. The problem is they use a blender to mix instead of stirring. The short lady is a very sour person and made a face when I questioned the drink.
