Moved to Utah from Chicago. There is no food in Utah! It's all Asian and Mexican. While I love Asian and Mexican food, I need some good old Polish stuff to keep going! Piast is a great source for really good Polish food. Now I have to think if I want to make golumpki or just buy them from Piast. The Kraut pierogis are the best. For the 4th I made the Brats. I love Polish food, but not many places near me. Garfield is about 25 minutes away and I had to go to American Stone. How lucky we found Piast meats and Provisions. We went for prepared food, but there is much, much more. Butcher section, frozen foods, and just full market of provisions. Now to the prepared section, so much to choose from. We had potato pancakes, so thin and delicious. The stuffed meat cabbage, pierogi, split pea soup and noodles with sauerkraut. All fantastic.

Wide selection of meats, take out hot food, and desserts. Just an incredible selection. Staff very helpful and friendly. Look for the castle on the corner and your there. Highly recommend.
