Owner is an absolute sweetheart cracked jokes with us gave us recommendations! I ordered the go go mango, let me tell you guys. Freshest fruit possible, no sugar added at all, my family and I all took a sip, we genuinely took two steps away from the cart then turned back to buy another one. Extensive menu with plenty of fruit slush options (no milk), smoothies (with milk), bowls, or boba. I'd prob rec not getting the boba, since nyc is blessed with boba-specific spots lol

I just finished a workout, so I opted for their large Powerful Chia ($11), which had banana, mango, pineapple, and chia seed. I got almond milk, since they didn't have oat milk at the time. Price point was relative on par with other chains. You can add Orgain organic protein for +$1.

All ingredients are blended right in front of you, which is always great to see. Overall, would return to a Hawa!“

I’ve tried both the Wake Up Call and the Nutty Monkey, and they’re easily two of my favorites from the Espresso Shakes menu.

Both are blended perfectly, taste fresh, and give you a great energy boost. I also love that you can customize your smoothie with different options like your choice of yogurt, milk, and other add-ins to make it exactly how you like it.

“I'm very impressed. I believe this is the best burger chain in the area. The burger concepts are tasty, and they don't go cheap on the meat. You can really taste the quality. Also, I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the father and son (presumably) who operate the place. A friendly attitude and good service is a great compliment to great food. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“
