New Blue Sky is so good that I’m genuinely convinced Vincent Lin has a secret lab in the back making the food scientifically addictive. Every time I say “I’ll just order a little,” I somehow leave with enough food to feed a village.
And Vincent himself might be the hardest working cashier ever. I’m pretty sure bro takes orders, cooks, manages the restaurant, and controls the weather at the same time.

Small place in the middle of Garfield but the food is great and fresh. Tried many plates and I enjoyed the cooking on all.
Great food, especially the Chicken in Garlic sauce. They use plenty of veggies and the flavor is awesome!
