“Stopped by for coffee / breakfast and it was a great experience! Can't go wrong here for food, coffee, ambiance, or price point.

I ordered a Cappacino and Breakfast wrap with spicy sauce and both were delicious. The garlic wrap with sausage and spicy sauce was spicy without hitting too hard, light but filling. The Cappacino was delicious and did not need any sugar or add ins.

While the food and coffee were being prepared we had the opportunity to take a look around, the art on the walls featured some of my favorite games and characters with beautiful art styles. The couch is insanely comfortable too! We enjoyed listening to the ambient music while we played some Neo Turf Masters on the Arcade Machine (I beat my husband 3 wins, 1 draw).

The owner Camille was very friendly and talked with us about different food options, what we liked for our drinks and food, and where we were from. He also mentioned that he holds boardgame nights sometimes at the cafe, which we are excited to give a try! His attention to details for our orders was appreciated!

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“I went there for breakfast on a Thursday morning. The croque madame was perfection! Great service, good vibe. Be aware that you have to pay for each cup of coffee (vs. getting free refills, which is typical for breakfast service at most restaurants). The upside is the coffee is fantastic and relatively inexpensive for NYC.“

“We came here for dessert after having brunch at a different restaurant. The wait was about 50 minutes without a reservation for seating at the bar. For the future I will definitely be making a reservation as we walked the whole store in about 15 mins. The dessert was amazing and so was the Cocopolitan. My favorite was the Tiramisu 'Montenapoleone' we also ordered the Strawberry Charlotte and the Chocolate Monogram. Will definitely be going back!“

They had everything I love in a coffee shop; computer charging areas, all different types of coffee from espresso to drip to cold brew. Cold brew was smooth and flavorful. My father and I had the Madeline which was excellent. The server was really efficient and friendly. The place is immaculately clean. “Had a great experience at Toast x Bowl! I ordered the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and it was absolutely fire. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I also tried the Passion Fruit Pear Fizz, which was super refreshing and paired really well with the meal. We also shared the shrimp rice bowl and truffle fries, and both were just as delicious.

The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had a really nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and everything came out fresh and looked amazing. You can tell they care about the quality of the food.

It satisfied my sweet and savory cravings in one and the cruller was delightful as always. My mom had ordered the Beet & Quinoa salad, they were out of beet which they replaced with avocado. And my dad got the chickpea veggie sandwich. Both classic café meals but nothing exceptional and pricey for what you are getting. Lastly, the cold brew was okay would not get again.“
