“This place is the cutest! The gentleman was very sweet! I believe might be the owner. I was craving a natural and organic green drink. Also I woke up with a cold and I had no appetite but needed to drink something. He recommended the cold fighter drink. All the drinks are made in front of you and I didn’t get any food but the menu looked great. The atmosphere was so cute with all herbs and ingredients around. I loved it. I will be back! Thank you!“

“The food here is always delicious, but the portions seem to have become a victim of shrinkflation. I used to be able to just get one meal here and it would hold me until the next meal. Lately though, I've needed to order two sandwiches, or a sandwich and meal size portion of something else.

And they got rid of their flatbread pizza, which was my favorite thing they've ever had. Not much in the way of "Guy Food", but the Ciabatta Cheesesteak is great. I'm sure we will continue to come back here. Definitely an above average place to eat - the speed of a fast food restaurant but the quality of a regular restaurant. It's a great combination.“

“We stumbled upon this coffee shop and what an incredible find!! Not only is it super cute inside with comfortable seating but the service was out of this world. Andrew was very welcoming and then made the best drinks we have ever had. I got an Eva Latte Special and my partner got strawberry smoothie - and both were 10/10. “Had a book club meet up with my friends and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The music was nice but not too loud. The drinks were great, I ordered the milo latter with coffee and was delicious. “Really fantastic local cafe. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design and making it welcoming to casual visitors as well as people searching for a refuge to get some work done. I also like that it's a pure coffee shop. Some baked goods but a pure experience that focuses on atmosphere and quality.“

“I really like this place, and the one-star reduction is definitely not related to the business or the staff. However, at times the inside becomes quite noisy. During my recent visits, there has been a group of people talking and laughing very loudly, and children running and screaming, which makes it hard to enjoy the space.

I kindly ask the owner to consider taking some measures regarding this, as many people come here to enjoy a quiet coffee, work on their laptops, or simply relax. Unfortunately, because of the noise, I often feel the need to leave early.“

I had such an amazing experience at Santo Café! The food was absolutely delicious. The arepas were slamming — perfectly made and full of flavor — and the empanadas were so yummy I didn’t want them to end. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. “If you love great food and drink and friendly atmosphere this is you're place. I travel 28 miles to come here. It's my home sweet home. I don't go anywhere else from the comfortable seating and the nicely cooled lounge and a place outside if you're a smoker. Wide assortment of coffees and teas and adults beverages. Come on down they are open everyday except Tuesday THE FOOD IS SUPERB.....“

“Came here by accident as my husband and I were about to goto Hmart right across the street and boy did we find a hidden gem! It’s funny because we were craving a sandwich and was about to shop for the ingredients to make at home and it was just meant to be!

We ordered a turkey cold cut sandwich and a chicken cutlet sandwich with a large coffee to share. The sandwiches were off the hook!!! The bread itself was so good and it just blew our expectations! It was so good that we had to order another breakfast sandwich to try and even that was really good. The place is very cozy and the ambience was just perfect. Prices are very reasonable for the tasty and fresh sandwiches they make. They did a great job with everything! Def highly recommend this place as I know we will be returning more often.“

So we decided to visit this Cafe28 and we loved it right when we walked in
We fell in love with the atmosphere
The food and service we give 💯
The cuban sandwiches and empanada are awesome
The expresso and coffee are amazing
The prices is very good as well
Juan, & his wife are very attentive to the customers needs and very warm hearted
If anyone is like us and love cafés who are in the area we definitely recommend that you stop in and give Cafe 28 a visit.

“This is one of the most beautiful places around! Sagar puts his heart into this place. It's an oasis in Passaic! Come check it out- for a date, or to meet someone or to just chill. He also rents for special occasions- I've even seen small weddings here! Highly highly recommended. Kosher ice cream and snacks as well. Take your wife or date here! In winter, roaring fire inside. I just love it here. Sitting outside and seeing the beauty around me right now. Tranquil....just awesome. Great place to work from as well.“

We had a stroller and the only available entrance was up the stairs. There is only a 15 minute parking zone in front of the cafe but street parking is easy to find.“
