“I love going to new cafes. Was around Totowa and wanted a good coffee. Found this place and can tell youThis cafe is a gem!. Absolutely loved their cappuccino and the “lobster tail” pastries. Pete was really nice and welcoming. I usually don't review places, but this one deserves a 5-star. I’ll be back!“

“We have been to Made in Italy many times during all of the ownership changes. We have been for dinner, had graduation parties and gone for dessert only. We were so happy to hear that it was open at night again. My husband recently had knee replacement and was itching to get out. We decided to go for coffee/dessert at Made in Italy. He struggled to get in the car and out when we arrived. It was 8:30 Saturday night when they close at 10. There were over 15 tables open - we asked to be seated for coffee and dessert only to be told they don’t do that. They wouldn’t seat us - they gave us their card and told us to check the menu when we got home- which we did. The second paragraph of the website says - stop by just to have a cup of our gourmet coffee. They had many tables open and preferred to turn us away. Needless to say - we will not be going back.“

“We stumbled upon this coffee shop and what an incredible find!! Not only is it super cute inside with comfortable seating but the service was out of this world. Andrew was very welcoming and then made the best drinks we have ever had. I got an Eva Latte Special and my partner got strawberry smoothie - and both were 10/10. “Fantastic experience! The coffee was rich and perfectly made, and the desserts were absolutely delicious—especially the tiramisu and the variety of fresh pastries and Turkish delights. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better.

The place is clean, welcoming, and full of great options, from breakfast items to sweets and drinks. You can tell they take pride in quality and presentation.

“This is one of the most beautiful places around! Sagar puts his heart into this place. It's an oasis in Passaic! Come check it out- for a date, or to meet someone or to just chill. He also rents for special occasions- I've even seen small weddings here! Highly highly recommended. Kosher ice cream and snacks as well. Take your wife or date here! In winter, roaring fire inside. I just love it here. Sitting outside and seeing the beauty around me right now. Tranquil....just awesome. Great place to work from as well.“

“Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . So we decided to visit this Cafe28 and we loved it right when we walked in
We fell in love with the atmosphere

The expresso and coffee are amazing
The prices is very good as well
Juan, & his wife are very attentive to the customers needs and very warm hearted
If anyone is like us and love cafés who are in the area we definitely recommend that you stop in and give Cafe 28 a visit.

“Stopped by for coffee / breakfast and it was a great experience! Can't go wrong here for food, coffee, ambiance, or price point.

I ordered a Cappacino and Breakfast wrap with spicy sauce and both were delicious. The garlic wrap with sausage and spicy sauce was spicy without hitting too hard, light but filling. The Cappacino was delicious and did not need any sugar or add ins.

While the food and coffee were being prepared we had the opportunity to take a look around, the art on the walls featured some of my favorite games and characters with beautiful art styles. The couch is insanely comfortable too! We enjoyed listening to the ambient music while we played some Neo Turf Masters on the Arcade Machine (I beat my husband 3 wins, 1 draw).

The owner Camille was very friendly and talked with us about different food options, what we liked for our drinks and food, and where we were from. He also mentioned that he holds boardgame nights sometimes at the cafe, which we are excited to give a try! His attention to details for our orders was appreciated!

The cherry on top is their friendly barista(s). Today, Mario & Sami (Sami made my delicious drink), shared some laughs and stories and I felt like they really cared. Perfect start to my day.“
