“We have been to Made in Italy many times during all of the ownership changes. We have been for dinner, had graduation parties and gone for dessert only. We were so happy to hear that it was open at night again. My husband recently had knee replacement and was itching to get out. We decided to go for coffee/dessert at Made in Italy. He struggled to get in the car and out when we arrived. It was 8:30 Saturday night when they close at 10. There were over 15 tables open - we asked to be seated for coffee and dessert only to be told they don’t do that. They wouldn’t seat us - they gave us their card and told us to check the menu when we got home- which we did. The second paragraph of the website says - stop by just to have a cup of our gourmet coffee. They had many tables open and preferred to turn us away. Needless to say - we will not be going back.“

“Sankofa Cafe is a gift to the Montclair community and surrounding communities that it serves. The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming, the coffee and tea are wonderful, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Sankofa has become of hub of the community, often hosting social and cultural events, in addition to participating in community outreach in support of many causes.
The owner, Jessica Troupe, has poured her heart and soul into this cafe, and it shows. It is one of the best coffee shop in the area.“

“Wayne Hot Bagels supplied breakfast for Teacher Appreciation Week and did a fabulous job! They were friendly, courteous, patient and worked with me to find items that fit within the budget. “What a great place! Passed by here once and our daughter’s name is Madison so I thought it would be fun to try out. Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, probably not the best day to try a new place. We showed up for our 12:15 reservations and despite the mob scene outside, our table was waiting. The food and service were spectacular on a busy day. I can’t wait to come back on a normal day. I had the cauliflower tacos. Amazing, as good as they look in the picture. Wife and daughter had omelettes with salad and potatoes. Neither could finish! Not sure if I can post photos“

“This is one of the most beautiful places around! Sagar puts his heart into this place. It's an oasis in Passaic! Come check it out- for a date, or to meet someone or to just chill. He also rents for special occasions- I've even seen small weddings here! Highly highly recommended. Kosher ice cream and snacks as well. Take your wife or date here! In winter, roaring fire inside. I just love it here. Sitting outside and seeing the beauty around me right now. Tranquil....just awesome. Great place to work from as well.“

I don't go anywhere else from the comfortable seating and the nicely cooled lounge and a place outside if you're a smoker. Wide assortment of coffees and teas and adults beverages. “Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . I have been there twice now and always a great time. Best coffee and food . Great staff friendly and kind.“

“I love going to new cafes. Was around Totowa and wanted a good coffee. Found this place and can tell youThis cafe is a gem!. Absolutely loved their cappuccino and the “lobster tail” pastries. Pete was really nice and welcoming. I usually don't review places, but this one deserves a 5-star. I’ll be back!“
