i’ve been here 3 times so far and not once was i disappointed. always consistent quality and friendly service.
i’ve been ordering the pate&bone, morning glory, and sugar cane shrimp for starters. pho ha noi is one of the best pho in the city imo, i’m sure i’ll try other things on the menu eventually 😂
i appreciate their right amount of seasoning, everything tastes balanced and flavorful.
will be going back for sure.
Loved the Bun cha. Can’t wait to come back Ert was our server and the service was amazing.
Amazing food, one of my favorite restaurants in the city. We got the bun cha Hanoi and the shaking beef and it was super delicious. Keith was very nice as well and was a great server.

La Dong have Vietnamese food is consistently delicious and flavorful. The menu have many options and Sugarcane Shrimp, Summer Rolls and Pho Hai Noi. Portions is ample and good. Ambiance is fun bustling and easy with a nice bar and a solid sized place for a catch up with friends or a solo dinner. Service is kind and attentive but slow or less welcoming with servers clearing things away. Drink wine and unique cocktails. Overall the food quality makes La Dong worth a try and a good price point for a fun spot in Union Square area.
