Our host was Adam and not only was he knowledgeable, he was very friendly, welcomed questions and accommodating to everyone's taste buds. We even purchased two bottles of whiskey. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) “I have been to many hot pot places and this is the very best I have ever been to. It’s one of my favorite restaurants period. The food is always super fresh and delicious, the staff is super amazing, and the ambience is spot on for a fun and relaxing dining experience. To top it all off, I have food sensitivities (gluten free, in particular), but I have never had any issues here. I always get the mushroom soup base. It is soooooo flavorful. I don’t live close, but always try to find excuses to go to American Dream Mall just to dine here!“

Following Bruce's recommendation, we also tried the charred octopus, which lived up to its wonderful menu description. I cannot recommend them enough! Service was impeccable from start to finish and pricing was competitive with downtown Hoboken.

The event coordinator, Avery was prompt and incredible helpful in getting all of the details right. Mike was attentive and delivered on every ask on the night of. Jessie was a gem behind the bar and was wonderful in the planning phases to help me nail down the drink package! Ryan showed incredible range with his DJing and kept the dancefloor lively all night.

Cocktail menu is fantastic as well!

“Just got home from our 1st visit. The meal was spectacular. My wife had foie gra mousse and I had the beet salad both were great, entree black bass and duck breast both cooked to perfection the dessert was wonders. Great attentive service. Had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Sadie and the gen. Manager Melanie, they could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend, parking might be hard to find. I will return and soon, they are going to offer the foo gra in puff pastry, I go just for that. I found it reasonably priced. My wife enjoyed her 70th birthday meal as much as I did.“

We stopped by The Living Room one evening before we headed out to Brooklyn for some exploration. Jose and Peter were such amazing bartenders, it was difficult for us to leave!
