“I recently started going to The Coupe with a friend of mine who recommended it. It feels like I'm in midtown Manhattan when I go.. it's like a slice of Manhattan and Staten Island. The staff really works to provide a totally different environment than what you normally encounter in Staten Island. I'm writing this review because I wanted to express how much of a great time I've had when I go. Specifically one night I ordered something that I usually order, and this one night it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I didn't mean to complain, but I told the bartender that I was disappointed in what I received. Roy graciously took care of me, and promised me a better plate next time I entered. He apologized and asked me to reach out to him the next time I was coming so that he could be aware and make sure that I was taken care of. When I arrived he did just that and the plate I received was stellar. It's more the way that everyone there cared about my dissatisfaction and worked on that day and then the following visit to ensure that I was satisfied and serviced well.
I feel like the measure of customer service is greater when you encounter an issue with a proprietor and result that issue with care. I was very satisfied, and I'm actually on my way there for another great night at The Coupe.“

“My friends love this place! We come here for happy hour all the time. Drinks are affordable, and cocktails are well made. Food comes straight off the fire, hot and flavorful, and service on point. I must mention our favorite bartender and server, Susana, for always coordinating our food and drinks in a timely manner. She is professional, polite, and tends to us with a warm smile. Ask for her! I would recommend this place for couples' night out and group of friends looking for a fun, safe environment to have a good time. “Just finishing up our meal at this location and we have to say that the service and food were amazing. The server Joe and bartender Chris made it all worth it. They were attentive and accommodating. We sat at two separate tables with our teenage kids and everything was top notch. We own a business nearby and can’t wait to visit again!“

“My friend & I were craving some BBQ food so we found this place through a quick Google search. We weren't sure what to expect when we first walked in, but the restaurant looked very nice & kind of rustic. I love that they have a few tables out front as well to enjoy the weather.

Our cashier was very sweet, friendly, & efficient. She also helped give recommendations as well. I ordered the pulled pork "sammich" with a side of roasted potatoes, Mac & cheese, & glazed carrots. My friend ordered beef brisket with a side of glazed carrots & collard greens. The service was pretty quick & the food came hot. Everything looked absolutely fantastic, but it tasted even better! My friend grew up with this kind of food in his family & practically teared up while telling me it brought him back to his childhood with how spot on the food tasted.

Nothing lacked flavor whatsoever. The pulled pork sandwich was perfectly tender, moist, with a tangy/smokey flavor. The glazed carrots were the right amount of crunchy & had a hint of sweetness to them. The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection with a delicious flavor I can't put my finger on soaked completely through each bite. The mac & cheese was so creamy with some bread crumbs on top- no overpowering taste of cheese, (I ate that whole side!)

The food was so delicious that I ordered food to go. I ordered potato salad, macaroni salad, corn bread, & the cobbler of the day which was peach. My friend ordered over $100 of stuff to take home including the restaurants home made drinks (sweet tea, spiced peach, lemonade, & strawberry lemonade.) He also purchased 4 different types of their BBQ sauce, multiple jars of their jams, cobbler of the day, & the shrimp gumbo. Not a single complaint with any of the food. The price point is perfect & affordable. We had to leave a review with how much we loved this place.

10/10, highly recommend! We will absolutely be coming back while bringing more people.

Vegetarian options: Multiple sides are available for vegetarians. Even the smallest sides at about 3$ each, are quite large. You could make a whole meal out of three sides alone for under 12$“

Jose is a fantastic greeter bartender and waiter..he anticipated our needs right away and made us feel at home..both of the gentleman are well versed on almost anything under the sun.

“Went here to watch as the Jets disappoint us all again for another loss (good game). Staff is great, food is good. Got a district burger and fries. Fries were excellent burger is good. Bartender was nice and attentive. Beer on tap was good, can't go wrong with a Guinness. Didn't personally care for the DJ playing "music" during commercials and halftime but didn't ruin the experience. Other than the drunk girl who was fairly promptly escorts out for adamantly asking strangers to buy her a drink the whole experience was quite pleasant.“

“Corrado’s food is AMAZING. A little pricy but worth it! I had the gluten free pasta which was cooked to perfection - nice and aldente. And after my amazing meal I had their brand new Pumpkin Cheesecake which was so light and airy and tased like real pumpkin and not “pumpkin” flavor. Dip it in the orange striped vanilla glaze if you want a little more sweetness. A perfect meal!“
