“the staff was amazing tonight.... and the food is always great“
“We had the pleasure of trying the new menu at The Alchemist Lounge, and it’s safe to say that Chef Joe has completely elevated the experience. You can immediately tell that you’re experiencing the work of someone who has spent years mastering his craft.
Chef Joe didn’t just add a few new dishes — he designed an entirely new menu from the ground up, and the creativity, attention to detail, and execution really shine through. We tried several different dishes, and every single one felt thoughtfully created and beautifully executed. There was a clear balance of flavor, texture, presentation, and creativity in everything we tasted.
What impressed me most is that the food doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard to be fancy. It’s simply really, really good food made by someone who understands his craft. Every bite felt intentional, and you can taste the experience behind it.
And the experience didn’t stop with the food. We also had some fantastic cocktails that paired perfectly with the atmosphere and the meal. Everything came together to make the entire night feel like a genuinely memorable dining experience.
It’s honestly refreshing to see a chef bring this level of passion and expertise to a restaurant. Chef Joe has something special here, and if this new menu is any indication of what’s to come, The Alchemist Lounge is going to be a serious destination for food lovers. Chef Joe himself even came out to check on us multiple times!
Do yourself a favor and come hungry — order a few different things, grab a great cocktail, and experience the menu for yourself. Chef Joe absolutely knocked this one out of the park. Thanks for a 10/10 experience Chef Joe! We’ll definitely be coming back.

“We recently hosted a family dinner at Ralph’s Sports Bar. Ralph and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that we were happy. My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My aunt said the chicken francese was the best that she has had and the wings and burgers were outrageous. We are looking forward to our next event at Ralph’s!“

“My girlfriend Mary and I celebrated her birthday at The Basement, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was truly phenomenal and the service was excellent—warm, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The atmosphere made the night feel special, and everything we ordered exceeded expectations. I recommend making a reservation and giving yourself a little extra time for parking in the area. You really need to go—this restaurant is exceptional.“

“My go to Hookah lounge in Staten Island. They make good drinks, tasty hookah, and their food is pretty good. I was surprised. This is a good spot to hang out and conduct a meeting. Met here plenty of times. Music is not too loud during the week. Karaoke nights is fun here. Not too intimidating for shy people. 💯“
“Great addition to the North shore. Place is upscale with nice atmosphere. . Nice Beer selection. IPA was very good. I had the Branzino and it was delicious, but It would of been nice if there was some bread on the table. Overall good experience and I will be returning.“

The atmosphere and staff were welcoming and inviting, and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Gennaro was beyond attentive to our needs, recommending spectacular dishes and ensuring our plates and cocktails were full. We didn't feel rushed out at any point. We felt welcomed life family. “Food was very good. Had Fajita Duo and Cheese Nachos. Prices were decent. Menu was limited. Problem was the flour pancakes were very small (Maybe 6" round (4) for the dinner we had. Six Tortillas would of been fine for that dinner. We asked for more and they gave us 3. Noticing the bill I WAS CHARGED for the 3 extra ($2.50)? That's Not Good Business. I have never been charged for a few extra tortillas. I will not go back or recommend. Disappointed. It was freezing in there.“

“I ordered for the first time last night. I ordered pick up and the food was hot and fresh upon picking up. we ordered the garlic knot Sicilian, my kids loved it and it in general the pizza was good . we ordered the boneless wings also were good. the pork ribs amazing just wish they had dry rub options. spinach and artichoke dip, cheese needed to melt but flavor was good and large portion. potato croquettes were also delish and come with sauce . the staten island chicken panini and twisted were also delish! beef empanadas a lil soggy but more from transport but flavor was good . (maybe dff type of container or poke holes in future ) we also had a frozen sangria that I wished after we had ordered more.. will def order again!“
