“Great brunch, food was delicious, lovely place. I hate to say this the kid that was our waiter needs some coaching he was missing in action. Always at the bar playing with his phone instead of checking on us. We had keep trying to get his attention. We even had the bus boy get him twice. Will definitely go back.“
“We were here briefly while we waited to be seated at Shaw-nae's House next door. The bartender was very personable. They were already used here to getting overflow from next door. The drinks here are so well crafted. I thoroughly enjoyed my mezcal cocktail, others had the French 75 which was equally. I really wanted to get another drink or 3rd but alas time was an issue. This place made such a good impression. I left wishing this bar was my local cheers.“
“Excellent restaurant! Small but very inviting. The menu is eclectic yet down to earth. Daily specials are available. We had the baked clams spl as well as Rosalies salad. For entree, we had the veal piccata and the filet of sole. Dessert was the homemade cheese cake! Utterly delicious.“
“Even though I'm a native Staten Islander, I never really go to eat on this side of the Island. This place is an old school style restaurant and I heard good things about it, so at 59 years old I visited there on September 16, 2023 with my wife and another couple for the first time. We all loved the food. The menu is so big it reminds me of a diner menu but classier and we all loved our entrees and appetizers. The young waitress we had was adorable, efficient, professional and attentive. In short, we will definitely be going back to Canlons and highly recommend it to our friends and family.“

“The place is like a very large house. Funky decorations make for a pleasant atmosphere. We were promptly greeted as we entered and seated at a comfortable table for our party of 3. We ordered blue crab beignets for the table. These delicious little bites were a nice starter. A nice drink menu offered a bunch of different old fashioneds. We ordered brisket, fried chicken and fried catfish. All were exceptional as was the efficient, cheerful service. I don't rate 5 stars lightly, this place deserves it!“
“Visited Ho Brah for the first time. The food was tasty and the service was good. Not many patrons at 1:00pm on a Satuday. The portions were small and I felt expensive. Started out with the Chips and Guacamole and itvwas good. Had the Classic Cali Fish Taco and enjoyed it very much. Taco was very small so if your hungry be prepared to order two or three.“
“Amazing brewery on Staten Island. Worth the ferry ride and walk from Manhattan. They have multiple styles of beer easily suiting everyone's preferences in a larger party. The staff is very knowledgeable of all their beers. A big location with both inside and outside seating.“

“I loveeeee this place. They're margaritas will KILL you! In a good way of course. The pizzas are INCREDIBLE!!! Super super delicious! Our favorites are the large tray! We get half Aunt Honey - Seppe's red pie topped with chili flakes, hot soppressata and hot honey & the other half Pep In Your Step - Seppe's red pie with fresh jalapeno's, cupping pepperoni and hot honey.“
