“Hop shoppe has been around for quite some time and has proven its reputation with their wide array of delicious burger. My favorite is the holy grail. Inside they have arcade games and a bar. If you're looking to have some good drinks and a great burger this is it. They have a great menu filled with different options including fried pickles! It's worth the trip.“
“I really like this spot. I’m a long haul trucker, and I come here specifically for one bartender, because she’s so welcoming, kind, attentive, and helpful. She came outside to get me while I was smoking because she didn’t want my food to get cold! Now that’s good service! Truly good at what she does. Also doesn’t hurt that she’s very easy in the eyes. “When it comes to food, I am a big food snob. I've been living in Staten Island for 34 years and I passed this place when it was Rusty's a million times. I met a colleague of mine for drinks and food here and it did not disappoint. The prices were fair, the place was new and fresh, inclusive of the bathroom (this is very important LOL). The drinks had a generous pour of booze and the food was excellent. Reading thru some of the bad reviews, they may have had a couple of off nights however none of them made sense to me. We both ordered a roast beef sandwich. I had the South Shore. It was fantastic. The beef was juicy, the bread fresh, everything was great. In addition to a pair of roast beef sandwiches, we ordered a hot pretzel and the apple-cinnabon dessert. Everything was great. In addition to this, we got to chat with Edward who had just started his shift serving us animals (he was a gentleman) as well as Rusty (former owner of Rusty's) who gave us a little history lesson on the transition of Rusty's to Point Tavern. I will definitely be back again as it was a good place to have a drink or have some drinks and grab some good pub food. There is a bar area, separate dining area as well as an outdoor space. The surrounding streets offer ample street parking.“
“First time there, heard good reviews by several acquaintances. The critics weren't wrong. Food was tasty and cooked correctly. Portions are substantial and prices are still reasonable given current economic conditions. There are new prices projections for almost every facit of the economy now. Griffs pricing just keeping with the changing times. Very happy with presentation and will return to sample other items offered. Too much to try in one sitting. Lol ? well done ?!!!“
“Jody's Club Forest is the best! I went for lunch with my special needs students and we were taken care of so well. The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. It is wheelchair accessible and has such a comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely be back!“
