“The Tapp is the quintessential local bar. The staff are very friendly, the burgers are phenomenal (as is everything else on the menu), and the prices are more than reasonable. If you find yourself in Tarrytown for shopping or seeing a show at The Music Hall, make a stop at The Tapp a part of the experience. Better still, make the trip just to visit The Tapp alone. It really is a great place to hang out with friends, catch a singer, play Tuesday Night Trivia, or have a terrific meal.“

“Had a great experience sitting at the bar for drinks and food while waiting for out train into the city. Everything we ordered was great, but our bartender, Neschmy, definitely elevated our experience. She was super professional, very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations (plus makes great espresso martini’s). Would definitely come back and sit at her bar again.“

“Tarry Tavern for dinner: Mom had Seared maine sea scallops with local corn and leek risotto and I got the roasted Hudson valley duck breast with pecan cranberry wild rice and sunchoke purée. Unreal. Mom cleaned her plate at a restaurant for the first time in ages and mine was to die for. We shared the pumpkin pecan bread pudding for dessert. Outstanding experience with excellent, friendly service“

“For a chain restaurant, the food and vibes here are both definitely very good. I’d say the food is above average regarding what you’d expect to get at a chain restaurant. If you’ve never been to this location or a Yard House in general i recommend visiting one.“

“Overall experience was fair, service was not that attentive. I felt rushed like I had to eat as fast as I could and leave, the syrup for the French toast was cold, and I order scrambled eggs with cheese with my dish but the egss didn't come out until I was almost done with my French Toast. The coffee is really good, overall I been to Lilly's several times and I will continue to go back, as this one error doesn't take over the overall experiences I've had at the restaurant. The 1 thing I would suggest is put the hostess at the entrance of the tent not the back door of the restaurant, this would eleviate new arriving guest of walking back and forht through other patrons who sitting down and eating, and allow the hostess to thank the guest for coming when they are leaving. Just a suggestion from someone with 30 years experience in the restaurant sector. JC“

“We came for a saturday brunch and it was nothing short of excellent. The manager greeted us and we had some drinks at the bar. The bartender gave us some great recommendations for the menu and the owner even came over to us and introduced himself which was very nice. We got the meatballs, rockshrimp and calamari, lobster guacamole, and burrata which were all incredible and great shareables for us. 5/5 and will definitely be back.“

“Went with my daughter and wife for my daughter's birthday. Our waiter was Cordell, we were lucky to have him as our server. As it has been many years since dining at Yard House we were pleased with the atmosphere Cordell and the meals. Our lunch was delicious our time at Yard House outstanding you could not have asked for a better time. Our experience was the Yard House at Ridge hill and we are planning on visiting in the near future. Hopefully you will visit soon. Don't forget to ask for Cordell you will be pleased and your outing will be unforgettable. Believe me your experience will be the best ever and you will never forget my review. “The food is excellent. Best burger in Westchester. And if the pulled poro empanadas are on menu they are a must order. Beer selection is excellent. The service is top notch. “Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

“Where we were seated was a little loud at first but it got quieter over the length of the dinner. Everything tasted great. The staff were great and very attentive. It was my wife's birthday. They surprised her with a dessert with a candle and everyone made a point to wish her a happy birthday as we exited the restaurant which was a nice touch. “Parking is a BIG issue for this restaurant, just a suggestion for Valet services in the future. The food however was FANTASTIC..had the grilled ( not fried ) Calamari and the filet Mignon and lobster tail. Both were seasoned and cooked to perfection and served at the right temperature, portion size was generous. But most importantly the fish was not fishy smelling or tasting which means the quality of food is good. I will definitely go back on an off night to see if parking is any better.. but strongly suggest Valet.“

“Went to the restaurant for the first time since it was refurbished. Very nice!! Made dinner reservations for two and were seated promptly. Our server, Sandra, was exceptional. Our drink order was taken in a timely fashion. Both cocktails were delicious. We ordered the Ricotta Gnodi for our appetizer and it was very tasty. For the main course we each ordered the Ora King Salmon. I thought mine was slightly undercooked. As a side, we shared the truffle fries...hefty portion and were crisp and tasty. For desert we shared the Affogato. It was creamy and refreshing. All in all, a great night out. A little pricey, but based on the service, menu variety, and the food quality, we will definitely be back.“

Twice, recently, I dined at I'l Fresco with friends and family members; The words they used to describe Il Fresco were: -Fabulous - dinner was scrumptious -Phenomenal restaurant and staff -Tastiest sauce in the world - delicious hot bread out of the oven. -An Exceptional dining experience. -Amazing homemade tiramisu - wonderful desserts -Best meal ever - better than the meals I had while visiting Sorrento, Italy. From my cousin who went back to Belfast, Northern Ireland: I am keen to get back to visit again and hopefully we can visit the fantastic restaurant again, can't remember the name otherwise it would be getting a 5 star from me.
