Chef Elmer is highly skilled and talented. The quality of the ingredients, the methods of cooking/raw and the spectacular presentation is world class! The tasting menu is one of the best I've had. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent dinner. The best item I had with my Friends was the tuna steak, which had an amazing flavor, and the mole sauce was fantastic. I love their story of having their fish Aged.
