I love this Carvel. We come from Montvale because we like it so much. Only disappointing thing happened when we ordered a cake for my daughter and birthday. The cake looked like a 10 year old decorated it. Very sparse with minimal crunchies when we ordered extra. The cake also looked smaller than it should have been. Very disappointing.
Yummy soft serve, served quickly. I go out of my way to come to this location. Friendly service and large portions- I usually size down from what I would order at other Carvel's in the area. This location participates in BOGO soft serve sundae on Wednesday, so that seems to be their busy day. There is seating in store, but not much. Parking sometimes requires I circle the lot until someone leaves, but it has never been more than once or twice. There is a cute park across the street...read full review

The best soft serve IMO. Good serving for the price. They have a nice selection of ice cream cakes as well and will put a name or whatever on the cake. Very nice staff, seem to enjoy making people ?.
