“The order arrived about 1.5 hours later than expected, but it was a snow day and we completely understood and expected some delay. We were just hoping to receive it before leaving our office. We’ve had bad experiences in the past and stopped ordering for the same reason, but this time your team truly turned things around and won us back. The level of care and customer service was outstanding, and we really appreciate it. Thank you, team!!“
