“My first visit to Salad House in Ridgewood was a great experience. I received a warm welcome from Chris, the manager. He was very courteous and polite. He took the time to explain the menu and answer my questions with great detail and enthusiasm. I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl and was very pleased; as it was very flavorful. The Falafel as well as chicken soup were very tasty! Very clean environment! The Salad House in Ridgewood will definitely be my go to place whenever I am in town!“

“So good! We have been in construction for the last 9 months. All of which was supposed to take 4 month. We haven't been able to cook and Moms Kitchen has been our go to for quite a few nights. “The order arrived about 1.5 hours later than expected, but it was a snow day and we completely understood and expected some delay. We were just hoping to receive it before leaving our office. When their DoorDash driver didn’t show up, the store employee and manager went above and beyond trying to make it right, the manager even personally delivered our order.

Club music was too much & a tad loud. Chefs working at the sushi counter were not engaging at all but looked unhappy. They never said a word, not even hello or good bye. Servers were attentitive & somewhat friendly. Later on a gentleman, maybe the owner, had good energy & greetings. Omakase would have been better if the sashimi was not warmer than room temperature. Ramen at the end was strange & unnecessary. No dessert was included and that would have been better to finish the meal with. Prices are fair. BYOB is a major plus. Next time will not do omakase, as neighboring people were enjoying their a la carte dishes.“

“We love Spinachio! We came here before Dave portnoy reviewed them and I thought I rated them but I forgot! Anyways I always eat the food before and today finally snapped a pic! We love their food and not just pizza! Their soups are amazing and super flavorful. I’ve had the chicken noodle and straticella. The pizzas are always amazing. Fresh ingredients and delicious full of flavor. I haven’t tried a slice that I didn’t like. Today we got the vodka rigitini and omh it was so different but amazing. Creamy and cheesy. The regular pie we got well done so a bit more crispy. The fries were cajón and super good a bit soggy but very good. The time of the fries wasn’t cut out like the rest of the tins. They do that so it doesn’t get soggy. I love how they do that. The mozzy sticks are so good too cheesy and crispy! Owners are super friendly and recognize me and my husbands family. We probably come here maybe every 2 weeks when we are in the area. Highly recommend!!! And will always come back!“
