Four Star Cafe is a really nice, cozy, and clean family-owned spot in Congers, NY. The atmosphere is cozy and busy, with a beautiful bar. The staff is always friendly, prompt, and makes you feel like you're at home or part of the family. Service is great, from server to owner checking in, and is consistently top notch. The food is consistently great, excellent every time, and absolutely delicious, with many tempting options on the menu. Notable dishes include the amazing small plate bacon, the excellent Montana steak, amazing appetizers like meatballs and calamari, an amazing entree like the pork chop, and probably the best lava cake. They make the best drinks, and the bartenders are friendly. The restaurant also has a good wine list. It is highly recommended as a favorite place and a cozy gem.
