The service was great! The food was amazing. Everyone at my table enjoyed their food. The Mofongo con Masitas was amazing. The Mofongo was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Parrada de Mixta was delicious. The tostones were light and crispy. But the garlic sauce was 🔥🔥🔥! Delicious, spicy! Definitely recommending! Definitely coming back! The owners are amazing! The service was wonderful!
I just had a dinner event at Sazon y Pilon (New City) for 27 guests. The service was excellent and the food was amazing! All of my guests enjoyed their meals. The mofongo was the big hit! Authentic mofongo with bits of pork rind. 😋 Many of my guests were there for the first time and said they would definitely return. Sazon y Pilon has the best Puerto Rican 🇵🇷and Dominican🇩🇴dishes in Rockland County! Highly Recommend!
The atmosphere was beautiful, with Salsa music playing. It had my girlfriend and me up and dancing 💃🕺. The food was so delicious from the appetizers through the homemade desserts. The hospitality of the staff, including Manny the owner made the evening a wonderful experience! Looking forward to going again!

The staff is outstanding, very efficient, attentive, and always aware without being overwhelming. They are really cool and easy to talk to, making guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. The food is amazing and delicious. Specific meals include the Churrasca Chimichurria, which was juicy and fork tender, and the shrimp mofongo, which came with a good portion. The Mofongo con Masitas was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the Parrada de Mixta was delicious. The best tostones ever had in mainland USA or Puerto Rico were light and crispy, and the garlic sauce was delicious and spicy. The drinks are amazing, with a highly recommended Lemon Drop that barely tastes like alcohol, the Passion Delight, and the Sangria. The overall atmosphere is great.
