Absolutely incredible experience at Mizu Hibachi in New City! From the moment we sat down, everything was top tier. Waiter Han and Chef Lou worked so seamlessly together—it honestly elevated the entire evening. Han was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, while Chef Lou brought amazing energy, skill, and flavor to the table.

The hibachi dishes, including shrimp and filet, are absolutely delicious, with tender and fresh ingredients. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, and the staff ensures special dietary needs are met. This large restaurant is perfect for celebrations and events. The staff is wonderful, very attentive and courteous. Food is presented beautifully and also very tasty. Fresh and delicious, definitely a long-time customer favorite. Kids love the hibachi, and the staff take special attention to them and their needs. The staff are always delightful, pleasant, and friendly.
