If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. It was fantastic. the decorations, the signature drinks, delicious apps, brilliant wait service and overall atmosphere was unbeatable! “When I want to go outside or I'm working and need to eat I always try to come here if there is no food at home. This place is amazing.

The food is just delicious, for all the plates I ate here never had this "okay" food it is always tasty and yummy. And the price is another plus, 10$ for a lunch meal, 1 entrance (mostlikely soup) 2nd (usually rice with either chicken or pork) and a cup of drink. (Not soda).

And even when buying other than "special lunch" it is quite heavenly.

Conclusion, it is a great place, amazing good, great service. Now, the only bad thing is the parking, if u eating in the morning I guess there is parking at papays since it is pretty close, but in the afternoon, quite dificult, since it is not recommended to park on popeyes.

We had the seafood soup, the virgin tacos( a true hit) the burritos( tortillas de harina) the fish filete came w rice and black beans and salad natural juices and all was simply great. I ate outside but went inside a few times and it had a nice simple laid-back vibe. I had the hanger steak sandwich with garlic-cilantro fries which was really yummy. My server was Bridgette, and she was really sweet and attentive yet also gave me plenty of time to enjoy my meal and after lunch cocktail. Speaking of which, Bridgette not only nailed the suggestion of the passion fruit margarita for my after meal treat, but as she was also bartending, made an absolutely delicious drink. I was having such a relaxing time I stayed for a second one. I was even complimented by a passerby on how "content" I looked. LOL! Will definitely be back to this unique and friendly spot!“
