“We had another wonderful family dinner at Mardino's last night. After 30 years and innumerable wonderful dinners I never get tired of the excellent food and service. It's like going home again. You're treated warmly and with respect and everything is always great, especially the stuffed lobster. I would rather dine at Mardinos than any other restaurant I have ever dined. Whenever we want to please a friend or relative, we always bring them to Mardinos. They always as to return.“

My mom came recently from Serbia and i wanted to order a really good chicken parm with vodka sauce that i had a few weeks ago,but yesterday i received a chicken parm that was pretty dry and almost no vodka sauce. Pretty disappointed with last order overall,but its still a good place. I just hope you dont be stingy with sauces again.“

The owner is always there to great us with a smile, even all these years later, and the chef is always willing to help make your experience whatever you can imagine in your head. “My husband and I had a most delightful dinner. Michel the owner welcomed us like into his home. Excellent wine recommendation with our dinner. All staff efficient and attentive to our needs. Octopus appetizer, Pasta Bolonase delicious and generous. The venue itself is charming, with Michels own artwork as decor. We were visiting from out of town, otherwise this would be a favorite to frequent.“

While under new management, the food was every bit as good as it was all those years ago and the staff put the "pleasant" in Pleasantville.“

When I walked in for a pickup order, it felt like a warm, family environment. The owner didn’t even ask for my name, he just looked at me and said “Maria?” as if I was a regular (and I will be now for sure!). Best pizza I’ve had since being in Italy.“

“First time there. The food was good, the portions were large and the staff were very friendly and polite but with that being said, the service wasn't all that great. Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“
