I have been going to Trotta's since it opened many years ago. The food is always fresh----the best pizza dough, sausage, fresh mozzarella and of course the pasta! Also so many varieties of ravioli! Always so friendly and helpful. Reminds me when I lived in the Bronx as a little girl and going to the small mom and pop grocery store. That individual customer service is still at Trotta's!
I head to Trotta's weekly for their fresh Italian bread and fresh mozzarella. Can't have a proper sandwich without that. I also love their large cheese ravioli. You have to check it out for yourself. From the cannoli shells and cream so you can make your own to their fine selection of Italian sodas, which I prefer to anything you can find in the grocery store. Truly worth the trip.
